Tsunami unlocks GPS tracking from your cell phone
Vancouver, BC, Sept 4, 2008— Tsunami Solutions Ltd., of Vancouver, British Columbia is pleased to announce that we have developed an application to unlock GPS tracking from your cell phone. The SafetyLine™ Working Alone safety monitoring service protects employees when they work or travel alone.

Tsunami’s SafetyLine™ Lone Worker Monitoring Service now supports Location tracking with either LBS Services offered by certain wireless carriers or by using the Tsunami Mobile Client software on any GPS enabled Windows Mobile or Blackberry Smartphone.
With the LBS Service, the Telco continually monitors your location (by GPS or Proximity to cell tower) and returns your Worker’s location when requested by SafetyLine™. Alternatively, using the Tsunami Mobile Client application, the application queries the cell phone’s on-board GPS chip and sends the Lat and Long to SafetyLine™. Either method provides the employer with the location of the Worker (not the Worker’s truck) when an Emergency situation arises.
