SafetyLine Protects Reece Energy Employees
Tsunami Solutions Ltd., of Vancouver, British Columbia is pleased to announce that the SafetyLine™ Working Alone Safety monitoring service has been chosen by Reece Energy, to protect their employees when they work or travel alone.
Since its inception Reece Energy has been positioning itself with “resource” plays in Saskatchewan. Reece's core area in west central Saskatchewan represents the majority of its development drilling opportunities and also has interests in many of the active plays in south east Saskatchewan. Their employees must at times work or travel alone.
SafetyLine has been adopted to help protect them in the course of their duties, provide a safer working environment, and to meet Government legislation as it relates to job safety.
About SafetyLine™
SafetyLine™ has proven to be the most effective tool to monitor the safety of employees and notify of Emergency situations. This automated employee monitoring service uses telephone, mobile and web technologies to provide the most reliable and affordable solution for companies and government organizations to meet both Government Regulatory Requirements in Canada, and moral obligations of protecting employees who work alone or in hazardous situations. SafetyLine™ automatically monitors the employees. Throughout the workday, employees “check-in” to SafetyLine™ to report their status. In the event that an employee fails to check-in or declares a Panic, SafetyLine™ contacts monitors who can initiate Emergency Search and Rescue procedures. Monitors are provided all information available for a quick response – history, GPS location, voice record and more.
Monitored employees are currently using a wide range of devices and networks: wired telephones, cellular phones (Telus, Bell, MTS, Rogers), satellite phones (Globalstar, Iridium ), Smartphones (eg. Blackberry, WindowsMobile, iPhone, etc), wireless Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs), GPS/LBS devices, wireless and wired laptop computers, as well as standard office computers.
In short, SafetyLine™ works with your existing communication devices.
SafetyLine™ is ideal for all sizes of organizations and can provide local, national, and international coverage.
