Thomas Touhey
President

Mr. Touhey is the founder and the President of Tsunami
Solutions Ltd. Mr. Touhey has two decades of experience
creating wireless data solutions and more recently,
Internet Solutions for businesses around the world. Mr.
Touhey’s customer references include a vast number of
companies including Federal Express, New York Police
Department, B.C. Transit, Stockholm Police, UPS Couriers,
Singapore Postal Service, and B.C. Gas Utilities to name a
few. Mr. Touhey was an early employee of MDI Mobile Data
International (Motorola Wireless Data) for 10 years where
he worked in various positions from Programmer to
Marketing Manager. In 1990, he founded InStep Mobile
Communications Inc. to develop and market wireless data
dispatch applications for Taxi, Para-Transit and Couriers.
In the mid 90’s InStep was a pioneer in converting the
applications to operate over the Internet. In 1999, he
founded Tsunami solutions Ltd. with the mission to develop
Internet based, high quality, affordable software
solutions that improve existing business processes. Mr.
Touhey has a Bachelors of Science degree (Computing
Science) from Simon Fraser University in British Columbia.
Alan Crooks
Vice President of Sales

Mr. Crooks joined Tsunami in 2001 to develop markets for
the company's products. Prior to joining Tsunami, Mr.
Crooks was President and CEO of the Bydand Group of
Companies. For 23 years, Mr. Crooks was mainly involved in
the Sales and Marketing function for several new products
at Bydand. Prior to that, Mr. Crooks was the Director of
Marketing and Licensing for the Olympic Games in Montreal.
Mr. Crooks also spent several years in different
capacities at Dupont of Canada. Mr. Crooks was educated in
Montreal and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from
Concordia University.
Kyle Touhey
Business Development

Mr.
Touhey joined the company in 2005 to help expand and
streamline Tsunami's product offerings. He has since helped
to develop an entirely new business strategy by leveraging
on the existing strengths of Tsunami's core software and
continues to explore new product avenues and applications.
Mr. Touhey holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and
Computing Sciences from the University of British Columbia
and has a background in sales, marketing and product
development from other industries.
Christian Morin
Software Engineering Manager

Mr. Morin joined the company in late 1999 as the Software
Engineering Manager. He is also heavily involved with the
company's research efforts. Prior to joining the company,
Mr. Morin worked for InStep Mobile Communications Inc.
leading their Internet research and development. Mr. Morin
also worked as a software developer for Air Canada's
Operational Research Group and for the Quebec Government's
Human Resources Office. Mr. Morin holds a Bachelor of
Science degree in Computing from the University of
Sherbrooke (Quebec) and a Master of Science degree from
Simon Fraser University (British Columbia).
Gabriel Caldwell
Operations Manager

Mr. Caldwell joined the company in the summer of 2001 as
the Operations Manager. His education at both Simon
Fraser University and the British Columbia Institute of
Technology has proven invaluable to Tsunami.
